Your set includes four (4) products that work together in harmony:

Purpose: To deeply cleanse your scalp without stripping its natural oils.

YOUR REGULAR WASH RITUAL (1-2 TIMES PER WEEK)
This is your most frequent routine for a quick wash and hydration.
STEP 1: CLEANSE WITH THE SHAMPOO

Thoroughly wet your hair with warm water.

Focus on your SCALP. Gently massage your scalp with the shampoo.

When you rinse, the suds will run down and cleanse the lengths of your hair.
STEP 2: HYDRATE WITH THE CONDITIONER

After rinsing the shampoo, squeeze the excess water from your hair.

Apply the Conditioner to the lengths of your hair only (from your ears down to the ends).

Gently detangle with a wide-tooth comb.

Leave it on for 3 to 5 minutes.

Rinse thoroughly with cool water.
STEP 3: STIMULATE WITH THE SERUM

(Do this after your shower, on damp or dry hair).

Apply a few drops of serum directly onto your scalp.

Gently massage your entire scalp with your fingertips for 3-5 minutes. Do not rinse out.
YOUR DEEP CONDITIONING RITUAL (EVERY 1-2 WEEKS)]
This is your "spa day" for an intense treatment. On this day, you will replace the Conditioner with the Hair Mask.

Apply the Hair Mask to the lengths of your hair, focusing on any dry or damaged areas.

Leave it on for 15 to 30 minutes. (You can cover your hair with a plastic cap for deeper penetration).

Rinse thoroughly with cool water. (You do not need to use conditioner after the mask).
